Help Alleviate Children’s Malnutrition in the Gaza Strip

Greetings to whom it may concern,
This is an urgent humanitarian appeal: My name is Dr. Mohammed Hamad. I am a doctor in clinical nutrition from the Gaza Strip, Palestine. Until now, I have been funding an initiative to address the increasing threat of malnutrition in Gaza’s children, providing families in need with free food, supplements, and professional medical advice. However, I am not able to sustain this project on my own.
I am calling on those with compassionate hearts to help save Gaza’s children suffering from famine and malnutrition. As the circumstances continue to worsen, thousands of children face a slow death due to food shortages, lack of healthcare, and collapsing infrastructure. Given the increasing incidence of malnutrition among children in our region, and the resulting serious health risks to mental and physical development, we are submitting this request for financial support to establish a specialized medical center to treat this issue.
This initiative aims to:
-Provide nutritional and medical assessments for affected children
-Provide ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF) to treat cases of severe malnutrition
-Dispense nutritional supplements (such as iron and other vitamins)
-Train mothers on proper nutrition and home care
-Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure continued recovery
Thank you for your time and consideration. We must protect these innocent children, victims of genocide, whose only crime is that they were born into a time of famine and war.
